Thanks a lot for the replies guys

So far I'm focusing on modeling and rigging, I will probably texture him as well but not really soon
I wish i could have some extra time to animate him, but like I said, I rather focus on modeling and rigging first.

Here is a small update, tweaked the cape a little bit, changed his facial expression, worked on the feathers and some detail for the bracelets and sandals. I'm almost done with this guy, I just have to play with the cape a little more so i can start rigging :D
Let me know what else can I tweak

If you don't think to animate it, maybe you could do a composition, same environment style like a portrait.
