So guys if somebody can test GELATO for Windows XP with mondo for maya on the new Geforece FX 6800 and get a rendered image to share it with us.There is a way to simulate with drivers Quadro and making from geforce 6800 = quadro fx 4000 ofcourse it won't be the sam on GPU chip level but there is a chance to get some of the gelato power.Tests are welcome with any kind of FX GEforce card converted to quadro or not .

Gelato works on regular Geforce cards, it's just not supported.

Well, Gelato doesn't work on mi GeforceFX 5500 and 5200.

I can translate to you from russian:

RivaTuner "Quadro Patch" not support FX series card, because new driver use new protection, but utility creator not research it at now moment (and no in future, I dont know why)
Its only work maximum on Geforce4...

But one man on nvworld.ru forum say, what use quadro patch on 45.21 (if not forget), another say what FX5800 can work with patch... may be its kidding...

I try use FX5200 and FX5700 (on some new drivers) - but its not work.

I know use FX card and Gelato create some not big artefact (with shadow etc.)
(but I not using themselves Gelato yet)
