Oki I just post this in the Q&A forum but apparently this in not the right place anymore to post questions. So here's my question:

FINAL DEADLINE???

When is the final deadline exactly? Can the final image be post on sunday the 16th??? And if yes when is the final time to send the picture, 11:59 PM???? I guess this is something like that but I prefer to be sure, because I will probably send my pic last minute

I won't be very strict with the time of the deadline, what it might happen if you send it later its that your work won't be ready at the first hours of the voting, but it would be later, so don't be so worry, ok?

I have a question about the description we are to send in with the final image. Are you looking for a description of the artwork itself (like the concept) or a description of the methods used, or both? Also, how long should the description be? Thank you in advance.

yeah dori3d, thats the correct e-mail. About the size, send me the big image, and I will make one that fit on the webpage, and a link to the the big one.

Is the deadline inclusive of the 16th, or until the 16th. Depending on interpretation, both could be read.

I would like to get clarification on the deadline and I guess reassurance that it is o.k to post on the 16th. (or else its panic time for me) I understand from above that you will not be so strict, but I would like to make the most of time allowable and also submit the image to you in a timely fashion.

Heya Sunstar, I tried to go to the contest rules page to get the info on final image size, resolution, format, and any additional text nessisary, but the page has been replaced, and I'm not sure where to get that info. Can you possibly post the nitty-gritty parts of the Rules here for us?

Sorry for that Kelly, Basically send a hugh-hi-res image, I will make a 720px image for the website, and the thumbnails, and I will put a link to the hi-res image. Send it in jpg. Put a title to your image and a little description. And I think thats all.
