I doubt I would?ve ever entered a contest like this had it not been for a theme I simply couldn?t pass up. I look forward to future Deathfall contests as well.

Hi sunstar,
I want to know, what is going on with our, (my 2000 x 1600) hi res Final Entry? You have scaled them to 700... pixel for manteinence reasons, and I am afraid that the detail it's not clear enough. Will the jury see the Hi res images or the small version ?

Something I noticed relating to that - if you're using an IE browser, the Hi-Res link doesn't appear. However, the Hi-Res link shows up when using Firefox (Netscape may work as well.) Anyway, someone more qualified than myself can verify that.

Hey. i was too late to enter this contest, and quite frankly looking at the work that you all are producing, no where near good enough. the only question i have is when is the next contest?? how regular are these put on?

Well.... its going to be a year since this contest, and I was the one that organize it, I need to find a time to organize a new one, hope that could be before the end of this year.

tahnx for that info, and keeping a great site on going. im only new to the 3d world, in fact im still a student studying part-time, so these competitions are good practise for me for when i get out into the real world and start employment. there is a lot of talent out there in the world and i feel priveleged to be a ble to view their work, and to liaise with them. hopefully one day i will be someone kids of the future look upto. keep the posts coming, the tutorials rolling, and the WIP's building. great work
