Sorry for the delay, I was away.

I suggest that if such modifications could be demonstrated to have been forged by Gnomes from the Underdark or some Cleric of a D&D/Forgotten Realms type God of Knowlege... Would that be submittable?
i think mrcreepy refers to something like a Mechanical robot - dragon . i a gnome build a metal thing i think it should looks more like a metal patch or sometcing not like a robot
Yeah, lolec its right, if it looks something like electronics on it, or asomething like a robot, it won't fit on this contest.

      Hi Sick-crv,

I know that our forum has some bugs, try to upload the image using another browser or OS, wich web browser are you using?

For the final image of the contest you NEED to submit the image to contest@deathfall.com

There are users that use this service: http://www.imageshack.us/

Hope this post was of any help.

Hey Sunstar, any thought about notifying Paizo Publishing (or Wizards of the Coast) about this contest? I dunno, it might get some recognition, or a mention at least, in the Dragon magazine. (I have a feeling two of the judges know exactly who to talk to over there.) ::wink, wink, nudge, nudge:: =)

Hi Kelly, I just sent an e-mail to Editor-in-Chief: Erik Mona of Dragon Magazine, lets wait for his response. And I will try to contact Wizards of the Coast. Thanks for the tip

      Best,
      Luis

      Hi!

I have a question. What if I finish my entry image before October 1st? Should I send it in or I have to wait?
And am I allowed to post the final image into other forums or put it onto my webpage?

    11. September 2, 2005

      # 31
      Hi nfuchs,

The idea its that you post the whole wip and the FINAL render on the forums, so that you can still get feedback from the other users, and you would have to wait to October 1st (Submit your final work: October 1st to October 16th, 2005) to send your final render to contest@deathfall.com, this its so that I can organize everything better, I would put a form where user can see the final render and cast their vote.

I hope this answer your question, and sorry for my bad english.

      Hiya,

I am very new here, so sorry please bear with me, and I have just a few questions . Are you able to drop out at anytime during the contest? I am generally busy with work, but this contest just sounds to fun to pass up . Also does it matter if it is lower poly as in PC gaming, or does it have to be high poly as in movies?
Again thank you for your time, as always take care, be safe, and farewell

      Hi Aethalin,

You can drop out anytime you like. The users would only vote for the works submited to contest@deathfall.com from October 1st to October 16th, 2005. So if you don't send anything, there won't be any problem.

And you can use any 3D technique that you know, low poly modeling its OK.

      Good luck!

wow, that is excellent. Good work to all involved.

This is a wonderful contest, by the way.
my question is this: I am currently enrolled in a 3d class in which we were assigned a project to model a structure of some sort a few days ago. This project is for a grade and for educational purposes only, but I was wondering if it was possible for me to use this project for my DnD entry as well? or are all elements made in this contest made for only this contest?
      Thank you.

The idea on this contest, its that everything has to be done by yourself, so I don't think there would be a problem FunkyBunnies, good luck!
